Some call me Debbie, one calls me Mom, but most of you call me Xena and if you ask anyone about me they will tell you that I'm shy- wink wink!

In February 2006, I decided to do something I'd been wanting to do for a long time and that was to ride my own bike and not on the back of a bike... within two months I had bought my first bike (1988 750 Yamaha Virago), took my motorcycle safety course and became a member of Women in the Wind. Since then, I have met so many people with the same passion that I share for riding. There is comfort in knowing you have a fine group of knowledgable Sisters riding along with you down the open roads.

When I'm not riding, I'm hanging out with my 13 year old son, Nick. He keeps me grounded. I think it's cool when he thinks it's cool that I show up to pick him up in the car line on the bike and the other Moms show up in their SUVs and mini vans. I'm currently riding a 2006 Suzuki Boulevard and look forward to the many journeys ahead of me.

Remember... No Wind, No Rain, Nor Winters Cold can stop me Babe!
So, Get on your bikes and ride!
Ride Panty Free!
